Daniel Dalton

Daniel Dalton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Oil States Industries and as an HR and Teaching Professional at Seeking Next Adventure since early 2023. Additionally, Daniel holds the position of Director of People and Culture at EVP Eye Care and has been an Employee Relations Consultant at McKesson Specialty Health since May 2013. With experience as the Director of Human Resources at Texas Oncology from October 2018 to February 2021, and previously as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the same company, Daniel possesses extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Furthermore, Daniel has contributed to the academic field as an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Baptist University since February 2005, teaching undergraduate courses in HR Management, Business Management, and Organizational Behavior. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in HR Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Southwestern University.
