Tyler Norman

Tyler Norman is a Senior Engineer at Oil States Industries since August 2018, specializing in custom plastic and elastomer molded products for the oil, gas, and food industries. Prior experience includes a role as R&D Mechanical Engineer at Halliburton, where Tyler led product optimization research and co-developed the Illusion® Frac Plug, the first fully dissolvable frac plug. Tyler also served as an Associate Technical Professional at Halliburton, managing new product development projects with substantial budgets. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at AutoZone, where Tyler updated AS-BUILT drawings and assisted with HVAC and electrical calculations. Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
