Ellen Pennington

Ellen Pennington serves as Senior Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Oil States since September 2011, where responsibilities include contract negotiation and litigation management across various legal matters. Prior experience includes a law clerk role at Oil States International, Inc., additional clerkships at the 333rd Civil Court and Cotton Incorporated, as well as positions in contracts and acquisitions at Encore Residential and internships at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Office of U.S. Congressman Ruben Hinojosa. Ellen Pennington earned a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Agribusiness and International Studies from Texas A&M University.
