PRADEEP MOHANTY

Pradeep Mohanty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. PRADEEP began their career in 1998 as a Circle HR Manager at TATA Communications Ltd., where they handled and drove the entire gamut of HR operations and activities in different circles. PRADEEP continued in this role until 2007 when they joined Reliance Communications as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Network Business. Here, they handled manpower planning, talent acquisition, and compensation management at a national level. PRADEEP also took on roles such as Circle HR Head and HR Operations Excellence Lead, where they implemented various HR strategies and ensured operational excellence. In 2019, they joined ZTE Corporation as a Sr. HR Business Partner, responsible for HR activities and support. Currently, Pradeep holds the role of Vice President & Head HR at Oilmax Energy Pvt Ltd, beginning in 2023.

Pradeep Mohanty has a B.Sc degree in Zoology (Hons.) from Utkal University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. PRADEEP also holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Berhampur University, which they completed from 1995 to 1997.
