Billy B.

Billy B. has a diverse work experience in the fields of business and systems analysis, IT engineering, and helpdesk support. Billy started their career in 2002 at Waiariki Institute of Technology, where they worked as a Helpdesk Support and later as a Database Administrator. In 2006, they joined Metso as a Helpdesk Administrator before moving on to become an IT Business Engineer and later a Business Analyst. In 2012, Billy joined Carter Holt Harvey as a Systems Analyst, and in 2015, they joined Oji Fibre Solutions, where they have held roles as a Systems Analyst and currently, as a Business Analyst.

Billy B. attended Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Professional Cookery Trade Certificate with a specialization in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In 2002, they enrolled at Waiariki Institute of Technology and completed a Diploma in Business Computing in 2003.

Billy B. also obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they received the Certified Technology Specialist - MS SQL 2005 Database Administrator certification from Microsoft. In 2011, they obtained the Prince2 Practitioner certification from APM Group. Later, in 2014, they obtained the Business Analysis Foundation Certificate from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
