Hayden Anderson has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Hayden started their career as a Marine Technician for the Royal Australian Navy in 2010, where they served in different war and non-war zones and focused on maintaining ship specific engineering systems. Hayden also had roles in SwMA management, WHS implementation, and maintenance planning. In 2013, Hayden became a Hyperbaric Marine Technician for the Royal Australian Navy, where they were responsible for system upgrades, technical writing, and quality assurance auditing. Hayden'swork included managing OHS, interpreting technical documentation, and conducting facility audits. In 2017, Hayden worked as an Assistant Project Manager for Beca and as a New Product Development Manager for Lion. Currently, they are a Business Development Manager for Oji Fibre Solutions, with previous roles as a Site Manager and a Business Development Manager.

Hayden Anderson completed their high school education at St Luke's Anglican College from 1997 to 2002, earning a Year 12 degree. Afterward, in 2016, they pursued a Diploma in Project Management at TAFE Queensland, which they completed in 2017. Hayden also received certifications in various fields, including a Certificate IV in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Australian Navy obtained in August 2016 and a White Card certification for working safely in the construction industry from Urban E-LEARNING obtained in February 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate IV in WHS (Work Health and Safety) from Pinnacle Safety and Training in January 2017. Furthermore, Hayden holds certifications in leadership and management, business, government, and project management, all acquired in October 2017 from the College for Law, Education and Training. Presently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at CQUniversity from 2019 to 2023.
