Pat McLoughlin

Pat McLoughlin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as a Junior Teacher at ArtWorks Cincinnati in 2009. After that, they worked as a Construction Coordinator at AmeriCorps before becoming a Redevelopment Assistant at Urban Innovations. In 2011, they joined Foster Design Build as a Project Manager and later moved to Norcon, Inc. in the same role. In 2013, Pat co-founded and became the Director of Build Abroad, a company connecting travelers with construction volunteer opportunities worldwide. They held this position until 2019. In 2017, Pat became the CEO and Co-Founder of Digs, a financial platform for homeownership, which was later acquired by OJO in 2020. At OJO, Pat served as the Senior Product Manager, overseeing the integration of Digs' legacy products into the OJO ecosystem. They were later promoted to Principal Product Manager, responsible for engagement and retention across all consumer products. Currently, Pat holds the position of Director of Product Management at OJO, leading all consumer-facing products with 15M monthly active users.

Pat McLoughlin has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Miami University. They also have certifications in Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, and Salesperson (License) from the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.
