Darren Bothe

Darren Bothe has a strong background in real estate, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Darren began their career at Jackson Cooksey as a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage/Project Director from 2001 to 2005. Darren then worked at Boston Pizza Restaurants, LP as a Real Estate Manager from 2005 to 2009, and later as a Real Estate Manager and Director of Franchise Development from 2009 to 2010. Bothe joined la Madeleine Country French Cafe in 2011, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Development from 2011 to 2014 and Senior Director of Real Estate from 2014 to 2015. Darren then joined Brinker International as the Director of Real Estate from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, Bothe served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Fogo de Chão from 2018 to 2019 and is currently in the same role at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina since April 2019.

Darren Bothe completed their undergraduate education at the University of North Texas from 1997 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a degree in Finance, focusing on the fields of Finance and Real Estate.
