Anette Høgsted

Anette Høgsted is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR management and consultancy. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at OK a.m.b.a. since July 2021, Anette previously worked as an HR Manager at HAMLET PROTEIN and M2 Film, where responsibilities included leadership support, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. An extensive career in HR also includes roles at Proffice A/S, Eniro Danmark A/S, Vestas, Krak, and Rix Management, focusing on recruitment, assessment, talent management, and organizational development. Anette holds a Cand. mag. degree in Danish and Psychology from Aalborg University, along with additional training in coaching, personnel law, and employment law.
