Pernille Andersen

Pernille Andersen possesses extensive experience in the creative and organizational sectors, particularly in the film and theater industries. Currently serving as an HR Partner for Learning & Development at OK a.m.b.a. since June 2016, Pernille previously held various roles at M2Film from 2010 to 2016, including Post Producer, Team Manager, and Post Coordinator, focusing on the production and distribution of animations and commercials. A former board member of Von Baden, Pernille contributed to a prominent Danish theater group from 2011 to 2017. Earlier roles include Production Leader and Coordinator at Frontier, as well as coordinating sponsored events for Muskelsvindfonden. Educational achievements include multiple certifications from Business Academy Aarhus and other institutions, with a focus on sustainable business understanding and leadership.
