Shimon Lasker

Rabbi Shimon Lasker is a Senior Rabbinic Coordinator at OK Kosher Certification, representing our European branch. With a particular expertise in kosher chocolate production, he is known throughout the kosher world for his vast knowledge on the intricacies of chocolate making – a strong industry in his home country of Belgium. Before his appointment as Rabbinic Coordinator, he worked as a field representative for OK Kosher, inspecting facilities all over the world. He now personally supervises many of our certified companies throughout Europe.
