Dianne Sales is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning several roles in front office operations and customer service within the hotel industry. Currently serving as a Front Office Agent at Okada Manila since July 2023, Dianne previously held similar positions at Lime Resort Manila and Hyatt City of Dreams Manila, specializing in guest check-ins, providing information, and upselling hotel services. Dianne's diverse background also includes a role as a Virtual Assistant during the pandemic and experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Transorient Manpower Services INC. Dianne’s career began at Sofitel, where a foundational role as a Food and Beverage Attendant fostered a strong hotelier skill set. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from ISHRM School System.
