JOSE ROEL H LUMABAO, CSP, currently serves as Chief Operations & Plans for the Security and Safety Division at Okada Manila since October 2015, with responsibilities including managing external security across multiple agencies to maintain safety and customer service standards. Previously held various roles including External Security Manager and Officer In Charge of the Tactical Response Team, comprising former military personnel specializing in security operations. Prior experience includes a position as Security Officer at Carnival Cruise Line, Resort Security Supervisor at Resorts World Manila, and multiple roles within the Armed Forces of the Philippines, culminating in an Infantry Officer position. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pamanatasan Ng Makati and military training at the Officer Candidate School.
