Gwen Dunne-Henry CPsychol has a long and varied work experience. Gwen began their career in 2010 as a Group Advisor- Talent Management & Human Resources at Al-Futtaim. In 2015, they became the Global Director - Talent Management at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Director Talent, Organizational Design, Culture and Strengths Coach at OSN. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Chief HR Transformation & Strategy Consultant - Contract at Vecta Strategy. In 2019, they became the Chief People & Culture Officer (CHRO) at Anglo-Gulf Trade Bank. Since 2020, they have been a Board Advisor at Aegle Health Partners, a Member Of The Board Of Advisors at Matdun, and an HR Transformation & Talent Management Advisor at EWEC. Gwen is currently serving as the Global Vice President (Head of) - People & Culture at Okadoc, as well as a Board Advisor at Friends of Parkinson's Inc.

Gwen Dunne-Henry CPsychol has a comprehensive educational background. Gwen received their BSc (Hons) First Class in Psychology from the University of Sunderland, followed by a Post Grad in Applied Psychological Research from the same institution. Gwen then went on to obtain an MSc in Occupational (organizational) Psychology from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Gwen holds an Advanced Gallup Strengths Coach certification from Gallup (obtained in June 2017), a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach certification from Gallup (obtained in December 2016) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Revive.
