Manish Sharma

Manish Sharma has a strong background in technical recruitment. Manish has worked as a Technical Recruiter at LanceSoft, Inc. from June 2018 to November 2019, where they provided cost-effective workforce solutions to various industries in the US and Canada. Manish then joined Crox Consulting Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter in November 2019 until February 2021. At Crox Consulting, they offered staffing and training services within the consulting industry. Currently, Manish is working at OKAYA INFOCOM as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Recruitment Lead. In this role, they lead a team of junior and senior recruiters, assisting them in achieving their targets for multiple VMS and relationship accounts, and handles major IT and financial clients.

Manish Sharma holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from GLA University.
