Nikhil Chauhan, commonly referred to as Nick, is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in IT contingent workforce solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager (Recruitment) at OKAYA INFOCOM since February 2017, Nikhil has a strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders, and effectively sourcing and placing candidates. Previous roles include Manager and Recruitment Team Lead at OKAYA INFOCOM, as well as Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist positions at Ubertal and Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
