Fardi Nurdiansyah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fardi began their career as a Guest Relations Officer at Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana in May 2012. Fardi then worked as a Front Desk Staff at Avilla Bali Hospitality from October 2012 to October 2013. After that, they joined Send From Bali as a Reservations Sales Agent, handling inquiries, documentation, and managing the warehouse team from October 2013 to September 2014. Following this, they joined AirAsia as a Guest Service Agent, where they handled ground handling responsibilities and performed documentation checks from September 2014 to December 2018. Fardi then joined OYO as an Operations Manager in December 2018, where they conducted onboarding processes, provided training to partners, and aimed to achieve high NPS scores until June 2021.
