Izuru Maeda

Izuru Maeda has extensive work experience in senior leadership roles in the field of human resources. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director at Nichii Holdings since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST) from 2021. Izuru also worked as a Senior HR Manager at Procter & Gamble starting from 2020.

Izuru Maeda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology from Tohoku University, completing their education in the years 1987-1991.
