Lacey Willis has a diverse work experience. Lacey started their career at IBC Bank in 2007, where they worked as a Teller Supervisor until 2010. Lacey then joined MidFirst Bank as a Banking Center Manager from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Lacey joined Oklahoma AgCredit as a Credit Analyst - Compliance Specialist, where they analyzed financial data and made credit decisions. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of SVP Audit Executive & Compliance Officer at Oklahoma AgCredit. In this position, they created and administered various risk management functions and developed and maintained the annual audit plan and compliance management programs.

Lacey Willis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University. Lacey completed this program in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, majored in an unspecified field of study, from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in 2010. Currently, Lacey is pursuing a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.
