Ben Schaffner

Ben Schaffner serves as the Donor Recruitment Manager at Our Blood Institute since December 2019, bringing significant experience in the hospital and healthcare industry with expertise in customer service, sales, customer relationship management, recruiting, and marketing. Prior to this role, Ben was an Account Consultant, promoting mobile blood drive programs and enhancing donor group recruitment. From January to December 2019, Ben held the position of Marketing Director at Champions Clinic, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing campaigns and branding initiatives. Earlier, as a Route Sales Representative at UniFirst Corporation from September 2014 to February 2019, Ben focused on account maintenance and product sales. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Midwestern State University between 2002 and 2006.
