Todd Abner

Todd Abner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in donor recruitment and blood collection operations within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Executive Director of Donor Recruitment Operations at Our Blood Institute, Todd previously held key leadership roles at InVita Healthcare Technologies, Carter BloodCare, and Versiti, where efforts included re-engineering donor recruitment cultures and standardizing operations across multiple blood centers. Todd's earlier career includes significant positions at the Oklahoma Blood Institute, BloodCenter of Wisconsin, and American Red Cross, contributing to substantial increases in blood product collections and the implementation of strategic operational improvements. Todd holds a Masters of Administration in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a BA in Management from the University of Mount Union.
