The Leadership Team at Our Blood Institute is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the operational excellence of the organization's blood donation and distribution services. This includes overseeing multiple departments, managing donor relationships, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring effective communication and marketing strategies to meet the needs of over 240 hospitals and medical facilities across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.
