Robert Irby is an experienced EMS Administrator at the Oklahoma State Health Department, a position held since April 2007. Prior to this role, Robert served as an EMS Coordinator at Response International Group from May 2005 to May 2007 and was the Paramedic Program Director at OSU-OKC from January 1995 to May 2005. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from OSU Stillwater, obtained between 1973 and 1978, and an Associate's Degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from OCCC.
