Holly Myers

Holly Myers is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and catering industry, currently serving as the Director of Premium at Professional Sports Catering since July 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Catering and Bars at Sodexo Live! from January 2017 to May 2023, and Hospitality Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from July 2011 to January 2017. Holly began a career in food and beverage management as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Palms Casino Resort from June 2007 to July 2011, following a position as Assistant Store Manager at HMSHost from June 2006 to June 2007. Holly holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
