Joy Ridley

Joy Ridley serves as the Concessions Staffing Manager at Professional Sports Catering, overseeing staffing for food and beverage areas at DayAir Ballpark since April 2021. Additionally, Joy has been the Owner of J & J Creations since August 2015, specializing in the design and creation of cheer bows, t-shirts, and other items through sublimation and screen printing techniques. Previously, Joy held roles at Professional Sports Catering as Staffing Coordinator, managing staffing for food service locations at Day Air Field. Joy's extensive experience includes a long tenure at MetLife, where various responsibilities ranged from Project Manager overseeing compliance projects to roles in corporate complaint analysis, underwriting, and leadership. Educated at John Carroll University with a degree in Business Administration Finance, Joy also holds an associate degree in Personal Insurance from AICPCU.
