Lauren Beifuss has extensive experience in the catering and food service industry, currently serving as Catering Manager at Professional Sports Catering since December 2013. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Lake Erie Crushers from March 2012 to 2013 and worked as a Seasonal Employee for the Bay Village Service Department from June 2006 to August 2008. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management from Ashland University, attended from 2008 to 2011, and previously studied at Wittenberg University from 2006 to 2008.
