Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Lake Erie Crushers from March 2012 to 2013 and worked as a Seasonal Employee for the Bay Village Service Department from June 2006 to August 2008. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management from Ashland University, attended from 2008 to 2011, and previously studied at Wittenberg University from 2006 to 2008.
