Zach Stuart currently serves as General Counsel for the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic, where responsibilities include overseeing legal functions, providing strategic legal guidance, managing transactional matters, and conducting risk assessments. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney at Conner & Winters, LLP, focusing on banking, finance, and general business transactions, and as an Associate Attorney at Hobbs, Straus, Dean & Walker, LLP, offering legal research and advice on employment and corporate law, as well as Federal Indian law. Earlier, Zach held the position of Assistant District Attorney at the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office, where litigation of criminal and civil cases was a primary focus. Education includes a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the University of Oklahoma.

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit clinic providing health and wellness services to American Indians in central Oklahoma. It was established in 1974 to provide excellent health care and wellness services to American Indians in central Oklahoma. The clinic staff cares for more than 20,000 patients from over 200 federally recognized tribes every year. American Indians can receive a range of services, including medical, dental, pediatrics, prenatal, pharmacy, optometry, physical fitness, nutrition, family programs, and behavioral health services.
