Katrina Wiley

Katrina Wiley has over 20 years of experience in human resources and payroll management. Katrina has worked for various organizations, including the Oklahoma City Thunder, Seattle SuperSonics, and Tecton Corporation. At the Oklahoma City Thunder, they served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing employee engagement, culture, relations, onboarding, and payroll processes. Katrina supervised a team and managed a $100+ million multi-state payroll. Additionally, they contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives and managed the intern program. Prior to that, they held management positions at the Seattle SuperSonics and Tecton Corporation, where they gained experience in payroll and human resources administration.

Katrina Wiley completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. Katrina attended this institution from 2011 to 2016.
