Royce Young

Royce Young is a seasoned sports professional specializing in basketball operations and content creation. Currently serving as the Basketball Operations Content Lead for the Oklahoma City Thunder since September 2021, Royce has extensive experience in the sports media landscape. Previously, Royce was an NBA Writer for ESPN from April 2014 to March 2022 and owned and edited the Daily Thunder, a prominent publication within ESPN's TrueHoop Network, which garnered over 350,000 monthly visitors. Additional roles include NBA Blogger at CBS Interactive from 2010 to April 2014 and Social Media Specialist for the University of Oklahoma Outreach from September 2008 to July 2010. Royce holds a Journalism degree from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2008.
