Lindsey Morris, Ph.D., currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Biology at Oklahoma City University since August 2022 and is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Brookhaven Community College. Prior to these roles, Lindsey was an Associate Faculty at Collin College and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas Southwestern. Lindsey completed doctoral research in the Department of Molecular Genetics at UT Southwestern, focusing on the sterol-regulated degradation of HMG CoA reductase. Earlier experiences include serving as a Medical Writer Intern at Cadent and working as a Research Technician at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Lindsey holds a Ph.D. in Cell Regulation from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Oklahoma Christian University.
