Bill Kerr

Bill Kerr is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within state and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services since September 2022, Bill focuses on delivering efficient services to at-risk populations in Oklahoma. Prior to this, Bill held the same title at the Oklahoma State Department of Health from August 2020 to September 2022, where efforts centered on improving health outcomes, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bill’s earlier tenure at Devon Energy from 2002 to 2019 as Senior Supervisor involved managing technology and information systems with an emphasis on drilling and project management. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma City University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
