Crystal Keith

Crystal Keith is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Nurse Care Manager at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority since February 2023, Crystal has previously held significant roles such as Quality Manager RN and Primary Registered Nurse at LIFE Senior Services from July 2017 to May 2023. Other notable positions include Director of Health Care Services at Interim HealthCare Inc., Assistant Administrator RN Case Manager at Unity Home Health, and Director of Nursing at Oxford Glen Memory Care.
