Jerry Kramer

Jerry Kramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral sciences and support roles within health care. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority since February 2014, Jerry also holds the title of Administrative Support Officer, focusing on the operations of the Chief Medical Officer for SoonerCare. Previous experience includes a role as a Behavioral Specialist while seeking employment in social services and a lengthy tenure as an Intake Coordinator at Cookson Hills Christian Ministries, where Jerry managed substantial call volumes and facilitated numerous placements for children. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from MidAmerica Christian University and has foundational education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
