Marcus Ayers

Marcus Ayers possesses extensive experience in the field of mental health and managed care, currently serving as a Managed Care Supervisor at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority since July 2019. Prior to this role, Marcus held several positions at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from February 2008 to July 2019, including Manager of Prison Based and Reentry Services, Co-Occurring Treatment Specialist, and Therapist/Case Manager in Intensive Care Coordination. Additional experience includes serving as a Licensed Professional Counselor at New Leaf Counseling and Transitions, Inc. Marcus holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Community Counseling from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma.
