Jessica Brogdon

Jessica Brogdon is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as a Public Information Officer for the Oklahoma Historical Society since October 2022. Responsibilities include writing and distributing news releases for over 20 historical sites, conducting on-camera interviews, and acting as a liaison between media outlets and the organization. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Hearst Television from January 2012 to October 2022, culminating in the role of Senior News Producer, and also contributed as a News Producer in several capacities at Local TV, LLC. Additional volunteer experience includes roles at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and United Way, where tasks involved writing newsletters and preparing press releases. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Arkansas Tech University.
