Gary Holmes

Gary Holmes possesses extensive experience in the gas transmission industry, currently serving as a Senior Transmission Inspector at Oklahoma Natural Gas Company since August 1987. Key responsibilities include determining optimal pipeline routes, project design, obtaining necessary permits, conducting habitat and wildlife surveys, estimating costs, and coordinating logistics. Additionally, Gary oversees inspections throughout project lifecycles, trains new inspectors, and engages in various specialized digs and testing. Prior to this role, Gary served as a Staff Sergeant in the Oklahoma Army National Guard from November 1981 to November 1987. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Coweta High School and further training at Indian Capital Technology Center-Muskogee.
