David Hamby

David Hamby is currently the Communications Director at Oklahoma Policy Institute. Prior to this role, David held various positions in public relations and communications at Rogers State University, The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma State University, Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, and Hastings Entertainment Inc. David also has experience as a Newspaper Reporter at Times Record. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Oklahoma State University.
