Delene Gilbert

Delene Gilbert is currently the Director of Cannabis Banking at Oklahoma State Bank. Delene has also served as the President/Co-founder of OK Women Cann Association from July 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Credit Analyst at Great Plains Bank from November 2016 to May 2019.

Delene Gilbert has always been an advocate for all natural healing. This led their to become involved in the cannabis industry where they could empower other women. Delene is passionate about their work and is committed to helping others.

Delene Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in both Health/Health Care Administration/Management and Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
