Tandy McClure Groves, PHR, SHRM-CP has a solid background in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Tandy is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Oklahoma Surgical Hospital since July 2021. Previously, Tandy held the position of HR Director at Bailey Medical Center from May 2015 to June 2021. Tandy'sresponsibilities included developing and implementing recruitment strategies, utilizing social network sites, and maintaining relationships with nursing schools. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Coordinator at Bailey Medical Center from October 2012 to April 2015. Tandy also has experience as a Sr. Human Resources Rep at Bailey Medical Center from January 2009 to October 2012, where they were responsible for attracting and recruiting nursing professionals. Tandy began their career at OSU Medical Center as a Nurse Recruiter from July 2004 to January 2009, where they developed strategies for attracting and recruiting qualified nursing professionals and collaborated with the Marketing Department on recruitment and marketing materials.

Tandy McClure Groves, PHR, SHRM-CP pursued their education chronologically, starting with their high school education at Columbia High School where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1998. Following this, they attended Oral Roberts University from 1998 to 2002, earning their Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. In 2021, Tandy enrolled in Northeastern State University and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2023.
