Mark Weeter

University Provost, Professor of Ministry at Oklahoma Wesleyan University

Dr. Mark Weeter is one of the longest-serving faculty members at OKWU, having taught here for over 30 years. He received his Bachelor of Theology from Circleville Bible College, his M.Div. from Wesley Bible Seminary, and his Doctorate of Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary, eventually going on to receive his Ph.D. from the University of Wales. He became University Provost in 2019.

Originally, Weeter worked as a full-time pastor, gaining the experience that he would one day impart on his students. Since graduating college, he has worked continuously in a church body, and he continues to pastor today at Fellowship Community Church. He has authored numerous publications and curriculums and has preached the Word in 36 states, Canada, India, Mexico, and Russia.
