Brigadier General Brent Wright

Brigadier General Brent Wright, USAF (Ret.), serves as a Strategic Advisor for Aerospace & Defense at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, where responsibilities include recruitment of firearm and ammunition manufacturers and support for the Aerospace Commerce Economic Services team. Wright has extensive military experience, including leadership roles within the Oklahoma Air National Guard, such as Chief of Staff and Assistant Adjutant General, overseeing mission readiness for over 2,400 personnel. Additionally, Wright has a strong legal background, having served as a partner at Wright & Wright Attorneys at Law and in various positions within the United States Army as a Judge Advocate. Notable academic achievements include a Fellowship in National Security from Harvard Kennedy School and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law.
