Hopper Smith

Hopper Smith BG (Ret) has held various executive positions in different organizations, including serving as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and State Director of Aerospace and Defense. Previously, Hopper Smith was the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Commission and held the title of President at Strategic Resource Consulting. With a background in geology, Hopper also served in the US Army and completed a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College.
