Benjamin Pike MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Benjamin began their career in 2006 as a Crew Member at Pike Builders Construction. In 2009, they worked as a Registrar's Clerk at Brigham Young University before transitioning into an FM Intern role at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2012. Following this, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Montage Hotels & Resorts in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Superintendent at Pike Builders.

In 2014, Benjamin joined Nu Skin Enterprises as a Facilities Technician before moving on to Vision Real Estate (Utah) as a Commercial Account Manager in 2015. During this time, they also served as a Development Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Heywood Development, LLC.

In 2018, Benjamin pursued their MBA at Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where they were a Huntsman School of Business MBA Student. Benjamin then joined Okland Construction in 2019 as a Project Engineer.

Throughout their career, Benjamin has developed skills and gained experience in various industries, including construction, real estate, facilities management, and hospitality.

Benjamin Pike MBA completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Facility and Property Management from Brigham Young University, from the period of 2006 to 2013. Later, in 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, at Utah State University. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Benjamin also holds certifications including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety), and holds a Utah Real Estate License.
