Esmeralda Piza has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2022. Esmeralda started their career as an Operations Manager at a small business chain, where they worked from 2012 to 2016. In 2013, they also worked as a Student Teacher at Arizona State University, teaching a children's art workshop.

From 2013 to 2017, they worked at AvidBrain as an Academic Tutor & Recruiter, specializing in subjects like Spanish, Art History, Art Theory & Fine Arts, and English Literature.

Esmeralda then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education at Arizona State University from 2011 to 2014. In 2015 to 2016, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Esmeralda is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University from 2021 to 2025.
