Joel Davidson has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and construction. Joel started their career at Populous in 2011, where they worked on construction administration for projects at the University of Oklahoma and a confidential project. Joel also contributed to Baylor University's New Football Stadium and Track and Field Facility, as well as smaller renovations and renders for MLB, NHL, and collegiate facilities. In 2015, they joined DRAW Architecture + Urban Design as an Architect before moving on to HOK in 2016. At HOK, Joel worked as a Project Architect on multiple collegiate projects and took on the role of Project Manager/Architect for the Auburn Jordan-Hare projects. Joel is currently involved in the construction effort for a mixed-use residential building in the Crossroads of KC. In 2021, Joel joined Okland Construction as a Project Manager.
Joel Davidson gained their education in the field of architecture, starting in 2006 and continuing until 2011 at The University of Kansas, where they earned a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree. In 2009, they also briefly attended UNSW, focusing on architecture. Additionally, Joel obtained various certifications, including LEED GA (obtained in March 2017) from USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter, as well as NCARB (obtained in February 2015) and Registered Architect in Missouri (obtained in February 2015) from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
