Josh Lockhart

Josh Lockhart has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Josh started their career as a Wildland Firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service from May 1999 to October 2003. Following that, they worked as a Mortgage Specialist at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, from January 2006 to August 2007.

In September 2007, Josh joined Integra Financial Services as a Human Resources Director, where they led HR initiatives to maintain compliance and provide excellent customer service until November 2013.

Josh then moved on to Halliburton, a global provider of products and services for the energy industry, where they served as a Senior HR Operations Partner from November 2013 to November 2015.

After Halliburton, Josh joined AgReserves, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager from November 2015 to May 2018. AgReserves is a multinational agriculture company with operations in multiple countries.

Most recently, since June 2018, Josh has been working with Okland Construction as the Director of Human Resources Operations. Okland Construction is a leading commercial contractor with a significant presence in the mountain west and southwest regions. In 2021, Okland became one of the top 50 largest commercial contractors in the nation, generating $1.6 billion in revenue.

Overall, Josh has demonstrated expertise in human resources and operations management, working in various industries and contributing to the success of each organization they have been a part of.

Josh Lockhart has a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Josh also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Utah State University. Additionally, they have an Associate's Degree in Fire Science Technology from Casper College. In 2011, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
