Juan S. has a diverse range of work experience. Juan started their career in 2006 as a Full-Time Volunteer for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they served until 2008. In 2015, Juan worked as a Disaster Staff for Disaster Response and also worked as a Framer for Elk Meadows Construction from July 2015 to December 2016. In 2016, they worked as a CAD Technician - Intern for Marlette Homes, and in 2017 they served as an Assistant Project Manager - Intern for Centra Homes. In 2018, Juan gained experience as a Project/Field Engineer - Intern at Okland Construction. Juan continued their journey with Okland Construction in 2019, where they first worked as a Senior Field Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Assistant Project Superintendent.
Juan S. attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2013 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. In addition to their degree, Juan also holds several certifications. In June 2018, they obtained the Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross. Juan also has certifications in OSHA-10 Hour Construction Safety and Health, obtained in June 2018, and OSHA-30 Hour Construction Safety and Health, obtained in April 2017, both from the US Department of Labor OSHA.
