Matt Cederholm has a strong background in construction and project management. Matt started their career at RWK Construction in 2005 as a Carpenter Foreman. In 2007, they joined Okland Construction as a Project Engineer and later became a Senior Project Engineer in 2010. Matt then progressed to the role of Project Manager in 2013, where they successfully managed various projects. In 2018, Matt was promoted to Senior Project Manager, overseeing semiconductor projects at IM Flash Technologies and Micron Technologies Utah Facilities. Matt'sresponsibilities included managing project teams and developing standardized construction processes. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Project Manager - Data Center, leading the construction and fit-out of a 12 MW Data Center. Matt excelled in mentoring and coaching their team members on project management best practices and company processes. As of October 2021, Matt has been serving as a Site Manager / Senior Project Manager at Okland Construction, showcasing their expertise in overseeing projects and ensuring their successful execution.
Matt Cederholm completed their Associate's degree in Construction Management at Salt Lake Community College from 2002 to 2004. Matt then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Management at Weber State University from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as "Project Management Professional (PMP)®" from the Project Management Institute in November 2019 and completed courses like "The Ultimate Guide to Professional Networking" and "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making" from LinkedIn in July 2022 and July 2021, respectively. Matt has also completed the certification course "Managing Resources Across Project Teams" from LinkedIn in July 2019.
