Matt Halls has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Matt started their career as an intern at Smithfield Construction Group in 2011. Matt then worked as an Estimating Assistant at Willmeng Construction, Inc. from August 2011 to May 2012, where they gained experience in bid tracking, budget compilation, and coordinating with subcontractors.

After that, Matt joined Holder Construction Company as an Office Engineer from May 2012 to May 2013. In this role, they were responsible for project start-up, processing submittals and RFIs, trade management, change orders, and project closeout. Matt also engaged in activities involving Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordination using 3D modeling methods. Matt successfully completed projects such as MITEL in Mesa, AZ.

Since 2013, Matt has been employed at Okland Construction. Matt initially served as a Senior Project Engineer, demonstrating their expertise in project management and engineering for five years. In September 2018, they were promoted to Assistant Project Manager, demonstrating their progress and increased responsibilities. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager, which they began in March 2019.

Matt Halls attended Arizona State University from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Prior to that, they studied at Mesa Community College from 2004 to 2007 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts.
