Maxwell Nichols

Maxwell Nichols has a strong background in BIM and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction), with over 10 years of experience in the field. Currently, they work as a VDC Project Director at Okland Construction. Prior to this, they served as the BIM+VDC Director at ALPA Construction Inc, where they were responsible for the adoption and development of BIM/VDC workflows and technologies throughout the company. Maxwell was responsible for design coordination, research, and documentation of design and permitting documents. Earlier in their career, they worked at Shepley Bulfinch Richardson & Abbott (SBRA) as an Assistant Project Manager, collaborating on a large-scale hospital expansion project and assisting with design coordination, documentation, and project management.
